Shipping policy

1) Delivery is possible to the following countries:
All countries within the EU, as well as to Switzerland and Norway.

Shipping is 3,5€ Austria, 4,5€ Germany, 9,5€ Rest of EU + Switzerland/Norway

2) Accepted payment methods are:

PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard,) Google Pay & Apple Pay

Shipping notification will be sent out once the Logistic Partner has processed your order. There you will be provided Tracking number as well as estimated delivery time.

We ask our customers to report obvious material defects/quality defects within one week. In the case of shipping damage, which is already externally recognizable, we ask you to check the package immediately and, in any case, to have a damage confirmation issued by the transport company.
